We like the customer service to the employees. Always was good attention.

The smells marihuana and eggs in the corridor 2nd floor, and we have problems with the conditioner air. The conditioner air its shutdown everytime.

Tryp Wyndham have access to many places to walk distances: supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, gyms and to reach an uber ir really easy. The room is very well distributed. the staff is willing to help you all the time.

the porpoise of ny travel was for health and my expectation is at least to have a cozy bed (mattress), is was, but the sheets and pillows wasn’t. The television only works with local (very local channels). today an smart TV is cheaper compared with an analog one. and in times the TV doesn’t work. And the most terrible thing is, the wifi doesn’t work properly

Very comfortable and convenient.

The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were very good. All the other staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was also OK for basic amenities and not too far from points to visit in Barra da Tijuca.

The one principal problem was the address, which was wrong in the e-mail, and even using GPS, two different locations showed up on the map. While we were able to resolve this after the second day (using Uber), this should be corrected because not everyone may be able to sort this out.

The room is clean and has good space. Breakfast is good but not amazing. It's in the standard of a good hotel.

I don't like the temperature of the shower. The water delayed too much for warm. We waited too much for have a shower with good temperature. Other thing was the room service, that don't exist. If you want to eat or drink something, should go to the reception area and catch your snacks or drinks.
